She represents developers and end-users in real estate transactions, including providing complete legal support in real estate activities and property development, advising building owners in short term & long term leases of buildings and facilities management contract.

Elizabeth also handles corporate files include advising in group rationalisation exercise and transferring of assets within subsidiaries and associates companies, distribution in specie, shares acquisition and shareholders’ agreement.
